Day of the Mushroom!!

Apparently today is The Day of the Mushroom!! As told to me by random calendars with celebratory days.

I love mushrooms! I love sautéed mushrooms, stuffed mushrooms, mushrooms in pasta, beef with mushrooms, mushrooms in soup, mushrooms on pizza, mushrooms with pork chops, roasted portabella mushrooms, roasted potatoes and mushrooms, mushrooms on steak, mushrooms on a train and mushrooms on a plane.

Sorry about that last one. Please BE SURE to make some mushroom goodies as soon as you can!
