i’m getting ready to make the oatmeal bars. and i was looking through your recipes, and i think it’s funny that on more than one occasion you seem very afraid of eggs in the recipe getting scrambled while baking. not just like, afraid, but instilling the fear in us. like in the banana pudding recipe — “STIR CONSTANTLY or your eggs will scramble — GROSS!!” you mention it other recipes on the oaks kitchen. it’s just funny to me :) but i will agree, you don’t want scrambled eggs in your baked goods. gross.

    love you!

  2. Curry made this for us as one of our meals right after Anna was born and my parents were in town. My dad LOVED it and my mom has making it for him ever since. She varies up the recipes sometimes and has used it for chicken too and it’s delish!

Just put “all” the ingredients in the crock pot….. way to easy. I added red bliss potatoes. Hope that doesn’t ruin it. I will let you know. Yes, I did add carrots and onions to it as well.
