4 pork chops
salt and pepper to taste
minced garlic or garlic powder
1 chopped onion
1/2 pounds fresh, sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1. Season pork chops with salt, pepper and garlic. In a large skillet brown chops over medium high heat.
2. Add onion and mushroom and saute and then pour soup over chops. Cover skillet and reduce temperature to medium low.
3. Simmer for 15-30 minutes or until your pork chops are cooked through (depending on how thick they are.) Serve with brown rice and veggies – super easy and yummy meal. Enjoy!
